The challenge
Three departments — sales, HR and institutional relations — needed different documents with the same information, each working independently.
How I joined in
I proposed the opposite of the brief: one modular document instead of three, with sections each department can use or remove depending on the audience.
What I did
- Audit of existing materials and what each department used
- Modular company profile with interchangeable sections
- Editable template for the internal team
- Two language versions sharing the same layout

One document for sales, HR and institutional relations, updated in-house.
