The challenge
A print magazine about leadership, produced between Vienna and Barcelona, with different contributors each issue and a fixed print schedule.
How I joined in
Instead of designing issue by issue, I built a publication with its own section system: grid, type family, image treatment and cover rules.
What I did
- Section system and editorial grid across the publication
- Art direction for covers and opening spreads
- Digital adaptation consistent with the print edition
- Usage guide for external contributors
